Terry Franzén will speak on New HMDA Fields: How Will They Impact CRA? at the CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium in November. Also in November, Terry will speak on UDAAP and Discriminatory Practices/Disparate Impact in the Mortgage Servicing Context at ACI’s Mortgage Servicing Compliance conference in Washington, DC. Terry will also address Litigation Issues Arising in Real Estate Transactions and Ethical Considerations in Real Estate Litigation at NBI’s Real Estate Litigation conference in Atlanta in December. In January, Terry will speak at ACI’s Consumer Finance Class Actions and Litigation conference in New York City.
Loretta Salzano will discuss lending regulatory developments and hot topics for a series of CBANC webinars that kicked off in October. In November, Loretta will present on RESPA enforcement for MBA’s community bank and credit union webcast and at a webcast for Stewart Title agents. Also in November she will discuss the RESPA/TILA Integrated Disclosures and regulatory enforcement at MBAG’s Mortgage Broker luncheon in Atlanta, and present on RESPA Section 8 at RESPRO’s webinar titled RESPA Do’s and Don’ts for Office Rentals, Joint Advertising, Lead Sharing, and More. Loretta will lead a discussion titled MSAs and JVs: Maximizing Partnerships the Right Way at MBA’s Independent Mortgage Bankers Conference in Coronado in December. In January, Loretta will address Best Practices for NAPMW in Atlanta and speak on third party vendor management at ACI’s conference in Los Angeles. Loretta will speak at the MBA’s RESPA roadshows across the country beginning in February. Loretta will also address MBAG at its convention in Destin in May.
