- Draft and negotiate contracts, including warehouse financing agreements, loan purchase and sale agreements, correspondent agreements, broker agreements, advertising and marketing agreements, servicing agreements, leases, processing agreements, and other service agreements.
- Prepare loan documents.
- Prepare compensation agreements.
- Provide opinion letters in connection with loan sale agreements and warehouse financing.
