Terry Franzén spoke at ACI’s 12th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement in Dallas in September. Terry will be the featured speaker for the 2013 quarterly Automotive Training Solutions Webinar on December 2nd. In January, Terry will speak at ACI’s 13th Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference in Los Angeles.
Loretta Salzano will speak at FFIEC’s examiner training program on Ability to Repay, Qualified Mortgages, Risk Retention and Qualified Residential Mortgages in Arlington and speak at ALTA’s annual convention in Palm Beach in October. Also in October, Loretta will present at MBA’s State and Local Workshop in Washington, and address MBAG’s Educational Summit in Atlanta in October and in Savannah in November. Also in November, Loretta will discuss the new servicing rule at ACI’s Mortgage Servicing Compliance Conference in Washington, DC. In November and December, Loretta will train title agents on “best practices.” Loretta will speak at the Columbus Bar Association Real Property Law Institute and at the Ohio Mortgage Banker’s Association in Columbus in February. In March, Loretta will present at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank’s conference in New Orleans.
Jenny Dozier spoke at the NAPMW Central Education Conference in New Orleans in September and presented a webinar regarding the upcoming CFPB changes for the NAPMW in October. In November, Jenny will present at the Georgia Bar Real Property Law Section Commercial Seminar in Atlanta.
